At Shooters Haven, we understand that plans can change. However, due to limited class sizes and high demand, we have the following cancellation policy in place for all PAL (Possession and Acquisition Licence) courses:

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 10 days or more before the scheduled course date will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to a future course date at no additional charge.

Cancellations made within 10 days of the course date are non-refundable, as your spot has been reserved and materials prepared.

No-shows on the day of the course will forfeit 100% of the course fee.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be received at least 10 days in advance.

Requests received less than 10 days before the course may be accommodated at the discretion of Shooters Haven, subject to availability and a $50 rescheduling fee.

Course Cancellations by Shooters Haven

In the rare event that Shooters Haven must cancel or reschedule a course (e.g., instructor illness, weather, or insufficient enrollment), participants will be notified as soon as possible and may choose either:

A full refund, or

A transfer to another available date at no cost.

By registering for the Ammunition Reloading Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms, conditions, and safety protocols.

1. Attendance & Refund Policy

Prompt Start: The course begins promptly at 9:00 AM. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Because critical safety information is covered at the very beginning, late arrivals after 9:15 AM will not be permitted to enter.

No-Show Policy: All registrations are final. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 72 hours prior to the course start time. Cancellations made inside this window are non-refundable.

2. Classroom Safety & Materials

Prohibited Items: Students are strictly forbidden from bringing live ammunition, loose gunpowder, or live primers into the classroom. All necessary components and inert training materials will be provided for you.

Safety Equipment: Eye protection is mandatory during all hands-on segments of the course.

Impairment Policy: For the safety of all participants, anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or any impairing medication will be immediately removed from the course without a refund.

3. Course Duration & Scope

This is an introductory/intermediate instructional course lasting approximately 4 hours.

While this course teaches safe, industry-standard reloading practices, [Company Name / Shooters Haven] assumes no liability for the performance of ammunition loaded by students outside of this controlled classroom environment.
