Policy & Expiration All reward points earned through the Shooters Haven loyalty program are subject to an expiration policy based on account activity. To maintain your balance, a qualifying purchase must be made at least once every 12 months. Expiration Criteria: Points will expire and be permanently removed from your account if there has been no recorded purchase activity (either in-store or online at our web store) for a continuous period of 12 months. Definition of Activity: A "qualifying purchase" includes any transaction where payment is rendered for merchandise. Earning points through non-purchase actions (such as social media engagement or account referrals) does not extend the 12-month expiration window. Forfeiture: Once points have expired, they cannot be reinstated or redeemed for cash, credit, or merchandise. Notification: While we may attempt to send courtesy reminders regarding upcoming point expirations via your registered email address, it remains the account holder’s responsibility to monitor their balance and activity dates.
